About Jessie Assistant

Jessie Assistant ("Jessie") is a private AI executive assistant operated by Techmasters Labs (test) for its executives. It is not a public service: only people authorized by Techmasters Labs (test) can use it. This policy explains what information Jessie accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information Jessie accesses

• Google account data, only if the account owner connects it and grants permission: Gmail (read, search, draft, and send email), Google Calendar (view and manage events), Google Drive (find and read files, and create new files), and Google Docs and Sheets (edit documents and spreadsheets when an authorized user asks).
• Messages and media sent to Jessie by authorized users through Telegram, SMS, or phone calls, including text, voice notes, photos, documents, and videos.
• Phone calls to or from Jessie. Call audio is processed in real time to understand and respond. Calls are recorded only when an authorized user asks, and the other party is told the call is being recorded.
• Information users provide, such as contacts, reminders, and instructions, and a log of the actions Jessie takes.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the features an authorized user asks for: answering questions, reading and drafting email, sending email and invitations, managing the calendar, finding documents, placing calls, and sending reminders. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to build profiles for any other purpose.

Text messages (SMS)

Jessie sends text messages only to people authorized by Techmasters Labs (test) (its executives and the staff who maintain Jessie), who give their mobile number to Techmasters Labs (test) for this purpose. The messages are account notifications they asked for: reminders, one-time login codes, and updates on tasks such as calls and approvals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages, or HELP for help. You can also email egonzaga@techmasters.tech.
• Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Mobile numbers are shared only with Twilio, the provider that delivers the messages.

Google user data

Jessie Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of Jessie that the user requested.
• Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• Google user data is not sold, and is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features (to the service providers listed below), to comply with law, or for security.
• People do not read Google user data unless the user gives permission, it is needed for security or to comply with law.

Service providers

Jessie relies on these providers to deliver its features. Each receives only the information needed for the task:

• Anthropic: the AI model that understands requests and decides what to do, including web searches it runs for research.
• Twilio: phone calls and text messages, including speech recognition and text-to-speech during calls.
• Telegram: chat messaging.
• OpenRouter, and the model providers it routes to: transcribing voice notes and audio, describing videos, and creating images.
• Google: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, when connected.
• Wikimedia Commons: searching for real photos when a user asks for one (only the search terms are sent).
• Hostinger: hosting for the server Jessie runs on.

Storage and security

Data is stored on a private server operated for Techmasters Labs (test). Connections use HTTPS. Google access tokens are stored encrypted. The management dashboard requires a one-time code sent to authorized users, and calls from unrecognized phone numbers require an access code.

Retention

• Call recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after the call.
• Conversation history, contacts, reminders, saved files, and the action log are kept until Techmasters Labs (test) deletes them.
• Disconnecting Google deletes the stored Google access token immediately and revokes Jessie's access.

Your choices

• Disconnect Google at any time from the Jessie dashboard's Connections page, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask Techmasters Labs (test) to access, correct, or delete information held about you by emailing egonzaga@techmasters.tech.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
